The Noise Is presents Safari, a buzzing garage three-piece out of the hard working parts of Cleveland. They’ve constantly been on the radar around the scene, but with their third release, Maybe Tomorrow, things are sure to heat up for these young guys. Listen/download a couple tracks off their sweet album, released today, including the big ballad “New Lover,” and the garage-pop epic “Victor Quaalude.” Go pick up the rest of the album for a cheap $5 via BandCamp. The release show for Maybe Tomorrow is tonight at the Grog Shop with openers Filmstrip and Swarm of Bats, also Cleveland natives, and Charleston’s Company, so get your ass out there!
Here’s the video for “Victor Quaalude,” featuring the love of Cleveland’s rooftops and beaches.
