Beachland Ballroom and Tavern – The center of the Waterloo Arts District, a warm and inviting venue on Cleveland’s East Side with tons of good bands all the time.
Believeland – An up-and-coming DIY venue located in Lakewood put on by some of the Cloud Nothings kids and former Dreadful Yawns guys.
Blue Arrow Records – A relatively new record store in Cleveland with tons of vintage vinyl and books, all very reasonably priced.
C.L.E. Clothing Co – Awesome tee-hats with a whole bunch of Cleveland love!
Gotta Groove Records – A record pressing plant in Cleveland, need I say more?
Great Lakes Brewery Company – Cleveland microbrew specializing in all sorts of ales and other kinds! Holy Moses is my personal favorite.
Indigo Imp – Another excellent microbrew in Cleveland, with totally delicious Belgian-style ales!
Music Saves – Amazing record store on Cleveland’s East Side, basically my second home.
My Mind’s Eye – Another super great record store, located on the West Side with loads of noise, experimental, and metal to keep you happy.
Now That’s Class – Bar and venue on Cleveland’s West Side, go here for metal, punk, and noise.
Salty Not Sweet – Cute little store on Waterloo with all sorts of handmade goods, make sure you check out their cards!
Star Pop – Mega-cool store on Waterloo with vintage and modern toys, clothes, games, and a ton of other stuff!
The Grog Shop – Famous Cleveland venue in Coventry where I’ve seen a countless amount of great shows, and it helps that the people who work there are super nice!
The Happy Dog – Hosts tons of great bands on the weekends, while helping everyone stuff their faces with their famous hot dogs covered in your choice of 50 toppings!
Waterloo Arts Fest – The super cool arts festival that happens every June down on Waterloo Rd. in Collinwood!

Afternoon Naps – A glowing twee band in a loaded Cleveland pop scene.
Annabel – A indie rock/shoegaze three-piece based out of Kent.
Bears – One of my favorite pop bands ever.
Cloud Nothings – One of the best bands out of Cleveland in recent memory, a perfect pop formula.
Coffinberry – An excellent indie-rock/folk band with a solid debut under their belt.
Exit Stencil – One of the best labels in Cleveland, with groups such as The Dreadful Yawns, Mystery of Two, Hotchacha, and Like Bells.
Herzog – Cleveland native with new bands praising love to 90s indie rock.
Hotchacha – All girl indie rock band, and it’s a plus that they’re all pretty cute!
Lowly, The Tree Ghost – Grab a cup of coffee and relax to this warm Cleveland six-piece.
Mayfly Records – Hardcore punk label based out of Mansfield, OH.
Megachurch – Two bassists, one drummer, and a load of religious and political mockery.
Mystery of Two – Cleveland post-punk band on Exit Stencil.
Prisoners – Super young guys playing super gnarly garage-rock.
Safari – Catchy post-punk trio, check out their great new album Maybe Tomorrow.
The Dreadful Yawns – Indie rock/folk group that has been around Cleveland for the past few years, and oh have they been good!
The Hot Rails – These guys love beer and rock n’ roll!
The Modern Electric – These ultra-talented youngsters play beautiful indie-folk ballads, and they love Cleveland (PLUS!)
